Director’s Day –

The Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs (ILA) organized the Second «Director’s Day» event on 21 November 2013 at the Chambre de Commerce, Luxembourg. Distinguished speakers shared their experience and expertise on latest hot topics in relation to corporate governance at European levels, with a particular focus on the practical implementation of the best governance for Boards of Directors of listed companies and investment funds.

Cristina Ungureanu opened the conference, presenting the current international ‘Say on pay’ framework. Ms. Ungureanu discussed the  regulatory framework for shareholder voting on remuneration and the implementation of such policies.
