The 14th Annual European Corporate Governance Conference and Experts Roundtable took place on 27th and 28th March in Athens, under the auspices of the Hellenic Presidency of the Council of the European Union. The main theme of the conference was “Can corporate governance contribute to long-term investment?”
The Experts Roundtable gathered 30 of Europe’s best, to brainstorm on the state of play and the future of Corporate Governance in Europe. The experts roundtable led by the European Commission was followed by a conference with practical insights, and three high- level workshops will take place from 27-28 March, 2014. The event was attended by institutional investors, board members and executive management, corporate governance bodies, regulators and practitioners.
